KeelHaul10 Deckling

Hello! I love constructing MTG decks and deploying undervalued or underused strategies while spending less money on my entire deck than my opponent's opening hand. It's more fun to play an interesting deck that has a good chance to win than run a deck that's only goal is to win. I LOVE feedback, as it helps me grow as a player and thinker.

121.3. If a permanent has both a +1/+1 counter and a -1/-1 counter on it, N +1/+1 and N -1/-1 counters are removed from it as a state-based action, where N is the smaller of the number of +1/+1 and -1/-1 counters on it. See rule 704

From rulebook. Dont know when this was put in, kinda like the no mana burn and mulligan scry rules put into place. Thanks for commenting, anyway, always good to double check a deck!

I love the Waste Not / Liliana's Caress combo with Jace's Archivist. Does your mana base function properly with 40 lands? You've got a ton of mana rocks and high cmc, but im curious how well it functions

Cool tribal. What about Genju of the Realm?

@bushido_man96 with Rooftop Storm, you should be able to freecast zombies with Gisa and Geralf's ability as well as Gravecrawler. That's why Phyrexian Altar and Ashnod's Altar work so well with Rooftop Storm and Gravecrawler/ your commander

I'm referring to Liliana Vess. Shes pretty budget (~$7 USD) and can have a game winning ult. Personally, Endless Ranks of the Dead is my favorite zombie card. Glad Soulquake works for you

I like this, and the page formatting is neat too. But if you wanted to protect your stuff from avacyn, why not Light of Sanction? I'd suggest cutting something like O-Naginata

Gisa and Geralf are BEAST. But this is a token deck, so why no Endless Ranks of the Dead? Would you consider a cheap Liliana for flavor? Also, I always upvote a zombie deck w/ Rooftop Storm, but does Soulquake combo sound appealling to you? Play your hand/grave/boardstate for free while bouncing everyone elses?

I like the control aspect of Jhoira instead of the "Let me play my fatties out in suspend and hope for the best'' instead of having any backup plan like this deck. interesting design

If you never build a deck, you won't get anywhere! throw together a deck of cards you like and fine-tune it through gameplay! That's what I do with all my CMDR decks, especially my golgari deck. There's so many options, and so many swaps to make and to see what works best for you!

Snap157 I appreciate that! Odds is a great card, but not legal with my deck...hmmm I'll talk to my playgroup & LGS to see if I could swap it in when I can

Dude, first off, the formatting on this page is incredible, I myself want to learn how to get these cool hidden tabs on my own decks.

I LOVE how all your cards combined together form this wonderful synergy of infinite combos and devastating spells that storm or buyback out of control. It seems like this deck can deal with even the most subtle of deck strategies like Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord combos, the permission you have is better than good. I will definitely use Power Sink in the future. How exactly does this deck function in a multiplayer game? What is your playstyle using this deck?

This deck is Coin-Flip Tribal. Oh yeah baby, balance can hang in the edge of a coin some games. Play cards that (could) have a devasting impact on the game for cheap, provided the outcome. What you own, you will copy ( more chances for that needed result). What you do not own, you will Redirect and copy.

Raging_Squiggle's right. I run both Kraum & Ludevic in one my commander decks. But I like to build a little flexibility into all my EDH decks so they each have a few choices when it comes to commander.
