Zedruu Steam Vines interaction

let's say I cast Steam Vines and have Zedruu the Greathearted on the field. When an opponent moves Steam Vines back to one of my lands, can I give away ONLY the enchantment with Zedruu, and if so, how would that work? Would I move the enchantment off of my land and onto another land?
Derp, of course... I can't believe I didn't realize that in the first place. Thanks!

If anything, you'd just be allowing your opponent to continually choose which of your lands will be destroyed next.

If an opponent were to move Steam Vines onto a land you control, changing the controller of Steam Vines with Zedruu the Greathearted's ability will do nothing to stop it from destroying your land, when it becomes tapped. Exchanging control of an aura doesn't allow you to change whatever it's enchanting.
