Will this combo work, Growing Ranks + Parallel Lives?

Q1. If i have 2 creature tokens, does Growing Ranks allow me to make a copy of each or only one per turn?
Q2. If i have 2 Parallel Lives in play, and 2 creature tokens come out, do they resolve all at once and I get 6 creature tokens? Or does the first one allow me to double the 2 making 4 then the next one doubling the 4 making it 8 creature tokens in total?

Growing Ranks says at the beginning of your upkeep, populate. Therefore you choose one of your tokens and make another one, so only one per turn. And, unless I'm mistaken, multiple insances of Parallel Lives do stack multiplicitively. With 2 Parallel Lives , 1 token becomes 2, which become 4. So 2 would become 4, which would become 8.

Populate only allows you to copy a single token, regardless of how many more you have.
Parallel Lives has a replacement effect. Whenever multiple replacement effects could apply to an event, they apply in the order the event's affected player chooses. In this case, both Parallel Lives will apply to the creation of the two tokens. The first one applies, doubling the tokens to four. Then the second applies and doubles this to eight.

For Q1: You get to populate only 1 creature token of your choice per turn
For Q2: Parallel Lives is a replacement effect. So instead of only getting 1 token, you get 1 token x 2y where y is the number of Parallel Lives on the field under your control. In your scenario, you will receive 8 tokens (2 x (22))
