What will be the power of Pestilence Rats?

I get confused by the word "other".
So, if I have for example four Pestilence Rats on the battlefield, will each Pestilence Rats have 3/3? Or because all rats are Pestilence Rats, there are no "other" rats and therefore, the power of each Pestilence Rats will be 0?

"Other" means "Among permanents that aren't this permanent". Unless it specifically says otherwise, any one effect doesn't care about the names of other permanents. Each Pestilence Rats in your example would be a 3/3.
