What happens when a stolen creature with haunt dies

Say that I have used a Control Magic to steal an Absolver Thrull. Then the trull goes the way thrulls ususally go and dies horribly, who controls the haunting? And who controls which enchantment to destroy when the haunted critter dies?

Because you controlled Absolver Thrull when it died, you'll control the haunt ability. Therefore, you will choose the target creature to be haunted.
However, Absolver Thrull is still the source of the ability that triggers when the haunted creature dies. Because this ability will trigger from exile, Absolver Thrull's owner will control that ability (nobody controls cards in exile, so decisions are made based on ownership whenever something happens from exile).
