What happen with my dorks with 2 Jeskai Ascendancy in play?

If I have a tapped Sylvan Caryatid in play and 2 Jeskai Ascendancy , and cast a non-creature spell, can I untap my plant lady, tap her for mana, and then untap her again?
My intuition tells me I can, since both triggers go to the stack, but tapping doesnt and I can tap her for mana anytime, so I could just tap her again before the second trigger resolve.
Maybe the stack resolve in a row after the things line up, with no space for tapping?

Objects on the stack resolve one at a time. After each one resolves, everyone gets a chance to either pass or make responses before the next one can start resolving. This is a legal play, and can be very important for the combo.
