Spark Trooper with Brion Stoutarm - Phase + Stack Question

If you have Brion Stoutarm in play already, and you lay a Spark Trooper, Can you attack with Spark Trooper and then pay 1 red mana via Brion Stoutarm's ability to trigger Spark Trooper's sacrifice before Spark Trooper is destroyed at the beginning of the end step?

Awesome! Thanks. You have been greatly helpful. In my deck I replaced Razia, Boros Archangel for this. I feel that she was't getting used to her full potential.

You can attack with Spark Trooper and sac him to Brion Stoutarm before EOT yes. "Triggering" has a specific meaning in MTG and you aren't actually triggering anything with that interaction. You are sacrificing the Spark Trooper as part of activating Brion's ability.
