Scarab god and Illusionist's Bracers?

If I place Illusionist's Bracers on The Scarab God, can its ability (At the beginning of your upkeep, each opponent loses X life and you scry X, where X is the number of Zombies you control) happen twice?

Strionic Resonator copies that ability. Illusionist's Bracers can copy the reanimate ability though which could be even better!

next time, be sure to link the cards by placing double brackets before and after the full name of the card. the ability would not activate twice because Illusionist's Bracers is specific to activated abilities, and the ability of The Scarab God is a triggered ability.
