Roon of the Hidden Realm Flickering

So I have a Roon of the Hidden Realm EDH deck. I also have Djinn of Infinite Deceits in the deck. If i exchange control of something, and then flicker the creature I gave my opponent, would it go back to my battlefield or theirs?

Oh wow. That's amazing. Except now I have to try and get that to work without anyone tilting out. That's the real challenge of the game!

It would return to your control. Roon says to return the creature to the battlefield under its owner's control.
