Question about Reyhan, Last of the Abzan

Just a question but when an undying creatures with a counter dies, can you stack triggers so it comes back with Reyhan, Last of the Abzan on the battlefield?

I don't believe so, because Reyhan isn't moving the counters when the creature dies, (S)he is only putting the amount of counters on another creature.

It also has an interesting interaction with Skullbriar, the Walking Grave because it doesn't move the counters, it just gives that number of counters.

When an Undying creature dies...if it had counters on it, it won't come back from Undying trigger.

I'm not understanding what about Reyhan would cause confusion or change this rule...

It does combo well with persist. 2 persist creatures, one of the things that add extra +1/+1 counters (such as cathars crusade, or hardened scales), and a sac outlet.
