Power and Toughness

So I know that even in the graveyard Lord of Extinction still has power and toughness equal to the number of cards in all graveyards but what I want to know is does the same apply to creatures like Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord. Example: If I have four lands and a Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord in my graveyard is Jarad treated as a 2/2 or a 6/6?

No.
The difference is that Lord of Extinction has a characteristic-defining ability. CDAs function in all zones and at all times. CDAs that set P/T are identifiable because they use asterisks in the P/T box.
Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord's ability is just a regular static ability, not a CDA. It applies only while Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord is on the battlefield.
