Omnath Locus of Rage and Kresh

If my opponent has an Omnath out with one 5/5 elemental and an Ashnods Alter. and I have a Kresh with no counters. If He sacs his elemental, whos trigger happens first? Will the 5 counters get added to Kresh before Omnath does his 3 damage? Does it depend on whos turn it is?

You can use double square brackets around a card's name to link it. It's the best way to make sure everyone reading your question understands what's going on: Omnath, Locus of Rage, Kresh the Bloodbraided

It depends on whose turn it is. If multiple triggered abilities are trying to go onto the stack at the same time, the active player (AP) puts theirs onto the stack first, then the non-active player (NAP) puts theirs onto the stack on top of those. This means NAP's triggers will always resolve before AP's do. If it's your turn then your opponent's Omnath will deal damage first. If it's your opponent's turn then your Kresh will get counters first.
