And since the Swift Warkite's trigger does not target, if you select Olivia's trigger to resolve first, you can discard a 3 mana or less creature, making warkite get a +1/+1 counter and haste and then return the discarded creature with warkite's trigger.

Both abilities trigger at the exact same time. Whenever multiple abilities trigger at the same time, if both are controlled by the same player (as in this case), that player chooses in which order they're put on the stack (which resolves first-in, last-out, of course).
In other words, you get to choose!
