if there is a enchantment on Silliana Ledgewalker can i target the enchantment

Silliana ledgewalker ability says cant be the target of spels or ablities you you dont control if your oponent puts a enchantment on it can it be removed by a ablity like that of reclamation sage because it tagets the enchantment and not te creature

Yes, Hexproof only prevents the permanent from being targetted by it'S controller's opponents, but not permanents attached to it.

You can target the aura. Hexproof only applies to the creature itself not anything attached to it like auras and equipment.

The way you worded that it looks like you said your opponent put an enchantment on your Silhana Ledgewalker. That does not work because of Hexproof, enchantments target. Abzan Runemark as an example says Enchant creature. Enchant is considered targeting.

Also yes the enchantment does not gain abilities of the creature it is attached to. So it can be targeted by anything.
