If i cast Twinflame on Bogardan Hellkite will the tokens also deal 5 dmg to target player?

I would like to know, since if this is the case it could deal infinite damage to opponents when i combo Twinflame (targetting Bogardan Hellkite and 1 other creature) with Dualcaster Mage

Yes.
You cast Twinflame, targeting Bogardan Hellkite and something else. (And paying the strive cost once)
You cast Dualcaster Mage. When it enters the battlefield, you copy Twinflame and change its targets to Dualcaster Mage and Bogardan Hellkite.
The Twinflame copy resolves, and you put token copies of Dualcaster Mage and Bogardan Hellkite onto the battlefield.
The Bogardan Hellkite token's triggered ability triggers, targeting your opponent. The Dualcaster Mage token's triggered ability triggers, targeting the original Twinflame, which is still on the stack.
Each of the triggered abilities resolves. Your opponent will be dealt 5 damage, and you will get another Twinflame copy. Repeat.
The tokens are entering the battlefield. They are copies of Bogardan Hellkite and Dualcaster Mage. Since they are entering the battlefield, their "enters the battlefield" triggered abilities will trigger.
