if a forest dies while life and limb is on the field will it still count as a creature when it hits the graveyard?

Asked by lichunter 7 years ago

if I have a life and limb on the field and somebody casts day of judgement, killing all my forests (on account of the fact that they are also creatures) will the destroyed land creatures count as creatures hitting the graveyard if I were to cast fresh meat after the board wipe? or do the stop being creatures before they hit the graveyard?

Fresh Meat, Life and Limb, Day of Judgment.

For the purpose of Fresh Meat, it will take into account the number of cards that were creatures when they entered the graveyard. It doesn't care if they cease being creatures once in the graveyard. You'll get your 3/3 beasts.
