How would Anafenza, the Foremost and Blind Betrayal work

And Blind Betrayal doesn't exist so I have no clue what the other card you want to know about is. I'm going to guess it is Grave Betrayal, but even though you seem to realize auto-correct messed up the question you didn't correct the mistake.
Anafenza, the Foremost stops cards your opponents control from ever entering the graveyard. Their creatures therefore never "die" and Grave Betrayal never triggers.
