How does copying Increasing Vengeance work if flashed back?

Say I cast a Lightning Bolt, then flashback Increasing Vengeance targeting the bolt. I then cast Fork targeting the increasing vengeance. Does the forked copy of increasing vengeance copy the bolt twice, or does it only copy once?
wait what? can you plz explain this,
what i think is happening is that the Fork copy's the Increasing Vengeance making 2 of them then they copy the Lightning Bolt making 4 copy's of it? but y not just hit the Lightning Bolt with the fork idk.
if it was cast from graveyard? and Increasing Vengeance gets copied then would that be 6 Lightning Bolts! instead of 4.?

The copy of Increasing Vengeance was not cast from a graveyard, so it only copies the Lightning Bolt one time.
