How do the "Sword of" swords interact with Concerted Effort

So I was wondering if I had say Sword of Fire and Ice equipped to a creature would the protection from red and blue become temporary abilities on the creature and if so would they be applicable for the sharing abilities through Concerted Effort ?

The Sword gives the creature the ability.
For example, let's say you equipped Sword of Fire and Ice to a Grizzly Bears . Your Bears how have pro red and blue, with the triggered abilities. The Bears have the ability, so when Concerted Effort triggers, all your other creatures would have pro blue and red too.
