Guardian Beast and temporary theft

If you have a Guardian Beast and use e.g. Hijack to gain control of a noncreature artifact an opponent controls, will Guardian Beast prevent the end of turn trigger that causes you to lose control of the stolen artifact?

No, and losing control of them isn't a trigger. Hijack generates a limited duration control changing effect. Once the duration of the effect ends, control of the creature returns to whoever controlled it previously. What Guardian Beast does is prevent control changing effects from being applied to artifacts you already control.
