Grothama and fighting multiple creatures

Grothama, All-Devouring If multiple creatures like say 3 3/3's fight grothama, I know that each creature fights alone but does the damage add up on grothama so the last 3/3 that fought Grothama would kill it?

Yes. As a creature takes damage over the course of a single turn, that damage is marked on it. Once the creature has enough damage marked on it to equal or exceed its toughness, it dies unless it is regenerated (which removes all damage from it) or is indestructible (in which case it just ignores all the damage marked on it). This is also why casting three Lightning Strike on Grothama would kill it, despite being individual sources.
