Hello, gobling ringleader sais "goblin cards", but does this mean creatures with the type goblin, or does this also allow u to dig up ur Goblin Grenade , so every card with goblin in the name?

It allows you to put all the cards with subtype "goblin" into your hand. This can include normal goblin creatures like Goblin Hero but can also include tribal cards like Fodder Launch which have the "goblin" subtype, despite not being a creature.

A "Goblin card" is any card with the type Goblin, not just cards with Goblin in the name. This includes things such as:
Creature - Goblin
Creature - Goblin Berserker
Tribal Instant - Goblin
Tribal Enchantment - Goblin
Basically, anything that has the word Goblin in the typeline is a Goblin card and will be put into your hand.

It should be noted that Goblin Ringleader doesn't check the names of cards. Goblin Grenade is not a Goblin card because it does not have the Goblin subtype. You can't grab Goblin Grenade with Goblin Ringleader 's effect.
