Goblin Warchief ability work on Boggart Shenanigans and other cards like Tarfire ??

Yes it would work (as stated above); however, it would not work on the Tarfire because the Goblin Warchief 's ability is to make it one of any cheaper, it can't reduce the cost of the red mana needed so Tarfire being one red mana would still be one red mana. Boggart Shenanigans would be one red and one instead of one red and two though.
