Extort and fresh cast Primate

have Blind Obedience in play. cast Primate and then extort, does the primate get the bonus?

guess a user has that name. basically primate gains +1/+1 whenever you gain a life.

Do you mean Ajani's Pridemate?

No. Extort triggers when you cast the spell and will go on top of the stack, resolving before the spell that triggered it. Ajani's Pridemate will not be in play when you gain the life.
