Does enter the battlefield effects still go off if my opponent plays a Spell Queller?

If I play something like Mindwrack Demon that basically mills the top 4 off my deck when it enters the battlefield and my opponent plays Spell Queller does the enter the battlefield effect still go off? And will it go off again when Spell Queller is removed.

If you cast Mindwrack Demon and your opponent responds with Spell Queller, then the Demon will never enter the battlefield unless the Queller leaves the battlefield and the Demon resolves after you cast it again.

Enter the battlefield abilities require just that - that the permanent enters the battlefield. In order for that to happen, the permanent spell has to resolve and the Queller would exile the spell before it resolves.
