Does Awaken trigger Ezuri, Claw of Progress

If I play an awaken spell such as Coastal Discovery, with the transformed land enter the battlefield as a 0/0 (thus triggering Ezuri) or a 0+3/0+3?
I'm going crazy over this and can't find anything online about it. Any help would be appreciated.

Awaken doesn't cause anything to enter the battlefield. It targets a land that's already on the battlefield and simply turns it into a creature.
