If I have a Mogg Fanatic with an Archetype of Finality in play and I sacrifice the fanatic and deal one damage to a 5/5 creature. Does the 5/5 because of the deathtouch?

Yes, the Mogg Fanatic is doing the damage and the last known information of the Mogg Fanatic was that it had deathtouch.
