If I attach Aqueous Form to Conundrum Sphinx and attack with it, which effect take first? The scrying from Aqueous Form or the card guessing game from Conundrum Sphinx?

Whichever one you want. If multiple triggered abilities are trying to go onto the stack at the same time, first the active player puts all theirs onto the stack in the order of their choice, then the next player puts all theirs onto the stack in the order of their choice (if there are more than 2 players, keep going around the table in turn order).
