Collective Defiance vs Dromoka's Command

Can I use Dromoka's Command to avoid all the damage caused by Collective Defiance, when my opponent escalate the spell (causing 3 damage to target player and 4 damage to target creature), or a need to pic one of the escalate effects?

Dromoka's Command states that it prevents all damage that the target instant or sorcery spell would deal. "All" means all. It doesn't matter how many instances of damage or how many objects or how many modes are involved.

Cards do exactly what they say they do; no more, no less.
