Can Lithoform Engine copy Casting Triggers?

Let's say I have a Lithoform Engine, and I cast a Desolation Twin. Can I use the engine and get a second 10/10 token?

Not if you use Lithoform Engine to copy the Desolation Twin spell - You are creating a copy of the permanent spell, but you’re not “casting” it (it’s just going on the stack), so the copy of Desolation Twin never has its cast trigger activate.
However, yes if you have Lithoform Engine instead copy the Desolation Twin’s triggered ability. However note in this scenario while you will get a second token, you will miss out on a second Desolation Twin.
