Can I Coax original Emrakul from the BE in EDH?

I play every titan except for original Emmy in my Animar, Soul of Elements deck, and it makes me sad not to have the full cycle.

I looked through some spoilers. I'm going to guess you mean to ask whether you can use Coax from the Blind Eternities to get Emrakul, the Aeons Torn into a game of Commander.
In general, the answer will be no. When you use a wish effect to find a card, that card actually has to be legal in the format you're playing. In events, that card also has to be in your sideboard (meaning that deckbuilding rules, including legality, apply to it).
Commander has a nuance where wish effects do not function unless their scope has been agreed upon by the playgroup. So your playgroup could decide to allow you to wish for the original Emrakul, the Aeons Torn.

I think they're asking if they can use Coax from the Blind Eternities to get Emrakul, the Aeons Torn from the sideboard.
You cannot get Emrakul from outside the game/sideboard unless your play group decides you can. Emrakul is a banned card, and as such cannot be played in your deck or be in play. So no, you cannot get Emrakul with Coax.
