Buried Alive vs Undead Alchemist

My opponent has Undead Alchemist on the field and I want to play Buried Alive. Does the tutor put the cards into the graveyard from the library (thereby being exiled)? or is there a transition period?.

The cards go from your library to the graveyard, there is no other zone involved. Then Undead Alchemist will trigger 3 times. You have a chance to respond to those triggers, but if they resolve, all three cards will be exiled.
