Bruna, Bear Umbra

If I attack with Bruna, Light of Alabaster and trigger it's effect to attach Bear Umbra from my hand/graveyard will I get to untapp my lands from the bear umbra trigger?

No. Bear Umbra has to be attached to the creature when it's declared as an attacker. If it's attached after the attack is already declared, it won't trigger.
