Boros Reckoner + Lifelink interaction after death

Let's say that i have a Boros Reckoner on the battlefield and my opponent have a 3/3 creature attacking, so i give Reckoner Lifelink and +1/+1 with Mortal's Ardor and block the 3/3 creature. I heal 4 at the damage step and then Boros Reckoner ability triggers and i choose 3 damage to go to my opponent. Do i heal for 3 because Reckoner had lifelink until end of turn??
If a permanent that's no longer on the battlefield is a source of damage, it uses last known information to determine what relevant abilities (ie. Lifelink, Deathtouch, Wither, ect.) it has. As long as Boros Reckoner had Lifelink when it left the battlefield (as it does in this example), damage it deals will cause it's controller (you) to gain that much life.

SORRY, Actually the creature was 4/4, I want to know what happens with lifelink if Reckoner dies
