Blinking with morph/manifest

If I blink a morph or manifest, does it come in faced-down, or up?
ex> Cloudshift targeting Akroma, Angel of Fury, still faced-down from being cast as a morph.

Face up. Whenever an object changes zones, it reverts to its default state. This means the following: face up, untapped, unflipped, and untransformed.
When you exile your face-down 2/2, the object that you actually put into exile is Akroma, Angel of Fury. Similarly, when you return that object to the battlefield, it's still Akroma, Angel of Fury.
