Blind seer and insight

If I control Blind Seer and Insight can I change the color of a spell on the stack to make it green to draw a card?

Actually, I think this would work.
Blind Seer's text reads " Target spell OR permanent" there for you can change the color of the spell being cast before it becomes anything else, which will then allow you to cast insight or which ever other counter measure you would want to take.
Becareful when you read the texts of cards and I would recommend reading the multiple times. It is very easy to leave out a word and think a card is stronger/weaker than what it really is.

No, this won't work the way you want it to. Insight triggers when the spell is cast, but by the time you get a chance to respond with Blind Seer 's ability, that moment has already passed. It won't trigger in your example if the spell wasn't already green to begin with.
