Anafenza, the Foremost vs Blightsteel Colossus

Which happens first? Both abilities replace the instance of going to a graveyard with another effect, so which happens first?

Whenever there are 2 or more replacement effects trying to modify the same event, the player or controller/owner of the affected card chooses which to apply first. Whoever is the owner of the Blightsteel Colossus chooses which replacement effect to apply.
