Will this Forum Be Around For Many Years to Come?

TappedOut forum

I do not know if anyone else here has heard the news, but MTGSalvation shall be ceasing operations in July, so I naturally am now worried about the future of this forum, since I do not know any other forums on the internet that are dedicated to Magic: the Gathering.

Will this forum remain active for the foreseeable future, I hope? Is there a way we can attract users from the soon-to-be-defunct MTGSalvation to this forum? In the chance that this forum ceases to operate, are there any other forums dedicated to this game?

yes. i don't know what problems they found themselves running into that they can't operate, but tappedout is doing fine and will not close

yeah I mean the site only bugs me maybe once or twice a day to consider upgrading, I'd get worried if there was ever a deck limit or like what crunchyroll is doing to me right now, showing the same commercial... 8 times in a row?! 9?! wtf. Least to say I'm more willing to bet crunchyroll is in more trouble than this site.

Did they get in trouble again I wonder with WotC's legal department? They faced lawsuits before over spoilers...maybe something else happened that they were told to either close down or getting sued for millions.

Their page says the owners just want to pursue other projects, which I'm sure is 99.99999% the reason. But I'm wondering if one of them or the whole site ran into some other difficulty, especially if it caused them to butt heads with Hasbro.

I hope this site last as long as mtg does. yeaGO and everyone here makes this place one of the best communities on the web imo. I've been using this site almost as long as I've been playing magic and couldn't imagine the two apart.
