Sudden Disappearance and Champions

If you have champion of the parish and 4 humans out and use sudden disappearance when they all come back in would champion of the parish gain counters for the other humans or not since they all come in at the same time.

As long as they are not tokens, tokens do not flicker they just disappear lol. Other than that, yes.

When multiple permanents enter or leave the battlefield simultaneously, they all "see" each other. All appropriate abilities will trigger. In this case, your Champion of the Parish 's ability will trigger four times - once for each other Human entering with it.
