Differentiate between full art and non-full art?

Is there any possible way to get, for example, Plains to show it's non-full art card, for purposes of getting a more accurate inventory and decklist?
I'd solve this problem by getting the full arts. I don't think they have a way to make that distinction within the deckbuilder

Hm, maybe they should add FA or something (in the case that a developer runs across this forum)

If it's from a set with full arts then the only way I know of would be to upload the non-full arts as alters on the site and have them show up that way.
