Okay, i'm kinda liking the idea of a U/W Exalted Deck. But one of the deciding factors for me completing this deck would be if Exalted effects Geist of Saint Traft , so i was wondering... Does it?

Moved to Standard. In the future, questions like this are best asked in the Q&A.

Exalted abilities trigger if you attack with one and only one creature. In a combat phase, a creature attacked if it was declared as an attacker. Note that some creatures can be attacking creatures, meaning they're currently attacking, even if those creatures never attacked, meaning they were declared as an attacking creature. Exalted only cares how many creatures you declare as attackers, not how many actually wind up attacking. The Angel token produced by Geist of Saint Traft won't interfere with exalted because it never attacked, even though it's an attacking creature.

Yes. Exalted effects trigger when a creature attacks alone. To attack is to declare a creature as attacking in the declare attackers step of the combat phase. It doesn't matter if any other creatures come in attacking after that point; Geist of Saint Traft attacked alone, and all instances of Exalted will trigger. Geist of Saint Traft 's ability will also trigger at this time, and you can stack them however you choose.
