I mean i guess Memnarch could count since he makes them and he is the commander in this Myr Deck i made called Memnarch The Myr Master

I find the possibility slim. Myr in lore are highly interchangeable faceless tools. This is at odds with the idea of a legendary creature being a very specific character. If they ever do it will probably be a Myr Construct, like Myr Battlesphere, that exemplifies some great effort by a collection of myr.

Thank you for your opinion but I still hold out hope that Memnarch the Creator of the Myr will make a Single bodied Myr not a mass of them that is like a general or maybe one of the Myr army leaders possibly.

Memnarch is dead in lore. So unless they go back and tell some more of his story, which has already been told from creation to death, I feel it is unlikely that we get any specific creations of his. I'm not trying to be a downer, but you said you wanted to discuss the possibility of it happening. I see that possibility as extremely slim.

Yes I know he is dead but if they do go back i have a pretty good feeling that there may be a legendary Myr but that's just my opinion thank you for yours.

The last couple of sets have focused not only new legendary creatures/ planeswalkers, but past and present versions as well. They could always pull a Timespiral and give us an alternate version of Memnarch.

Also... Memnarch is a construct. A fairly unique construct, yes, but a construct nonetheless. If they want, they can just have Karn rebuild him to fight the phyrexians, or have the phyrexians revive him as a corrupted pseudo-undead construct or whatnot.
