Mainboard Splash: 4 Lightning Bolt
SB Splash: 2 Bayou 2 Zealous Persecution
The object of this deck is to hate out Grixis Delver (Tier 1 Deck) Storm (Tier 1 Deck) UR Delver (Tier 1.5 Deck), and Token Decks. This deck can go toe to toe with Miracles and beat them up, and considering Miracles is 50%+ of the field that is strong. Merfolk (Tier 1.5) is a scary tribal deck that has lots of jamming elements and will clock you down. The deck is preboarded to deal with massive amounts of going wide.
Zealous Persecution: Great against little creatures. Effects opponents combat math. Surprise Element. I predict the influx of Shardless BUG and True-Name Nemesis back into the format.

It seems too greedy. The best cards against miracles(which is 12-15% of the meta.) hymn/Lilly are absent. The deck is even worse against DNT than before by virtue of its weaker mana base. Mainboard bolts don't seem worth it. Bug delver already has game against storm and is well position against miracles its also fairly even with grixis and UR. I don't see the splash as a very efficient addition.

Possibly the greediest list I have ever seen in my life... it's a mess and the mana base is way off.
