Massive Carrying case?

I'm looking for something to carry my entire collection around in, which is roughly 10K cards and ever growing. I know, not exactly the easiest thing, but I'm hanging out with a buddy and building decks with him, and need the ability to get my stuff over there. These are all loose cards.

5-row boxes? Or if thats too cumbersome Pirate lab cases? I got 2 pirate lab cases that I carry 24 of my edh decks in (currently they hold 12 sleeved decks each with extra space, but my decks are in deck boxes. But they are not cheap.

Five rows are a bit cumbersome, and pirate labs look as though they don't exactly hold loose cards all too well.

Just stuff them in a sack.

Bingo, bango, bongo.

Get yourself a couple of the 5,000 card carry boxes (the cardboard ones) and stick them inside a Pelican case. Sure as hell won't be cheap, but it'll do what you want.

My collection is about 15,000-20,000 cards and a few months ago i wanted the same thing. It took me a while but i went through all my cards and put all the useful ones for building commander decks into binders. About 1/3 of my collection is bindered or actually in a deck now. They are all sorted by monetary value, color, and all duplicates are together in the same page pocket in the binders. One binder for high value cards, one for junk rares, and 2 big ones for all cheap commons and uncommons, each sorted by color. If there were too many to fit of any specific card i only included what fit into one pocket. It took a few days to do but now it's never been easier to build decks... or trade. It's especially great for trading, i seem to get valuable cards for small stacks of unneeded commons and uncommons all the time. My binders all fit into one (huge) backpack too. Granted its like 25-30 pounds so i don't bring it out much, but i have thousands of cards to build decks and trade with on the go if needed. Seriously I've thrown my back out carrying it. Its very heavy. However a bunch of edh decks have been built straight out of those binders now, so actually it was a great decision to do. Now that it's done i find it easy enough to keep up with it. After i have one deck box of unsorted playable cards i put them away. Good luck.

If I had that many cards I would use a rolling suitcase.

I estimate that I have just about 2.5k cards. At first I played EDH and ordered lists of obscure out of print singles from tcgplayer. Nearly everything I owned was in a deck. Then I started card clubbing where I gave away my bulk.

Even so, while I can fit it all in a large backpack the weight of even this amount of cards strains the straps alot. A rolling suitcase coulld be large, sturdy, mobile and include several different kinds of organizers.

I just can't do the suitcase thing. I can't be that guy anymore than I already am.
