Fetches are back, will Ob see a jump in price now once rotation happens? I know he is a 6 drop, but black might have a spot for him.

I doubt it. You only want about 2 in any deck, maybe one more in the sideboard. There's plenty out there already and demand really isn't going to be as high as the fetches themselves.

He did rise a little I think. The problem is that he's 6 mana and his main, big ability depends on the opponent actually doing something which they can choose to not do. He's really not worth it, in my opinion. You have to remember that by T6 most people have their mana base fairly sorted - they won't NEED the fetches to make everything work. The earlier turns are the turns when the fetches make the biggest impact.

A card that will see a hike is Courser of Kruphix and this is for two reasons.

1) It gives you a little extra lifegain potential with the fetches. Fetch into basic gives you 2 life gross, 1 life net. It's at least worth considering.

2) Most significantly. Courser lets you see the card you're about to draw. Fetches let you shuffle your library. If you see that you're about to draw something crap then you pop your fetch to go search for a land, shuffle your library and hopefully get something better on the top. That is very, very useful. It gives you like a second chance to get what you need on the top.

By turn-6, most land-fetching should already be done with and any fetching done after turn-6 won't really need to be done at all.

I don't think he will spike. Yea, he is a pain for Chord of Calling and fetches, but the mana cost really restricts him and most decks will have an answer for him

Nope. 6 mana in black is not worth it, especially were I don't think everyone will play the fetches.
