What deck will the Pauper Goyf be played in? I raise you UG Tempo

I've been toying around with the so called pauper goyf that is Moldgraf Scavenger and I have made this brew which to me looks above average. I do need help though as my Common cards Magic knowledge is very low!
Any input is appreciated!

Werebear and Hooting Mandrills are both better cards. Delirium is significantly harder to activate in pauper than in eternal formats, primarily because targeting discard like IoK and 'seize are not common, and pauper fetchlands are not good.

I don't forsee it seeing much play considering it is worse than Werebear in almost every case
