I was hoping to create a budget tron using things like Spark Double and Ugin, the Ineffable . Any other suggestions beside the obvious Thought-Knot Seer ? also colors to add?

What can't you afford in "traditional" Tron that you need help replacing? And which Tron shell are you thinking of - with Spark Double it seems like mono-U, but I actually think mono-G is easier to make a budget version of.

Finally, what kind of meta are you hoping to play it in?
