In the future posting here on tapped out (oh, and welcome! I see you've only been here for one day), I highly recommend specifying exactly what you need help on (if there's anything specific) as well as titling your post something a tad better on drawing people in. For instance, 'Help refining RW agro!'.
Also, try reading the formatting tips so you can begin to directly link cards (makes it so you can hover on the name to get a pop up like Serra Angel) and decks, (THE WAR <- here's yours), as some people don't like having to copy paste the link/google the cards :)

Well the second version definitely has a more streamlined approach. I still think 8 dudes with CMC 4 and over is a lot but that could just be me. I think you could do with some sort of 1 drop creature like Boros Elite, Herald of Anafenza, Honor Guard, or Legion Loyalist.

So you have a lot of one-of's and just a lot of stuff going on. I see things to buff warriors but only a few warriors to benefit, you have stuff to buff red creatures but your only 4-of is white, and many things are white. I see a lot of prowess but honestly not many spells to benefit. I find it will be almost impossible to reliably flip Chandra. Flipping Gideon should be easy so thats good. Then I see a high CMC average in your creatures with cheap pump spells. Which to be honest most big creatures don't really need to be pumped to much. So I would look into trimming down the variety a bit, and push the CMC of your creatures down a bit. I would only keep 3 maybe 4 dudes over CMC 3, with out any sort of mana acceleration. I also think if you are using the prowess mechanic using pump spells is kind of overdoing it. The creatures will pump themselves so why not use the spell slots for removal to get rid of the things in your way. Hopefully some of that is useful.
