FFS. help me round this out (no budget)

I cant figure out what to cut and what to keep. the deck wins games... but is not consistent enough... what would you guys keep and what would you cut..

There's certainly some cards I think are worth replacing. Polymorphist's Jest is just way too situational. It's also a big stretch on your current mana base. You only have 10 blue sources in the deck, even when you factor in Rattleclaw Mystic it's still not great that you're finding double blue in a timely manner. The deck would be improved by simply making the mana base better.

I think the bigger issue however is that the deck lacks a coherent plan right now. It's got a lot of good cards certainly, but a lot of those cards support different game plans. Right now it looks like it's split between wanting to go long and being more aggressively minded. I'd bet that you're winning games when you happen to draw the cards that work well together, and the correct mana, but you're having consistency issues when you're drawing the wrong parts. I think the first step toward streamlining the deck is figuring out what you want it to do.
