Using the deck Tatyova Take Ova and the combination of: 50+ life, Eternity Vessel, Aetherflux Reservoir and land drop.

My group has been using this combo for awhile now, it works a lot when not expected. Play it with people that know what you're planning and they target you first to make sure you don't get 50 life.

Though we usually play that combo in a black/white life gaining deck. combined with quicksilver amulet and feldar sovereign the deck is deadly
